Nice site.  All flash, not sure if Im used to that, but it is a nice
interface and I'm sure where things are going, at least for presentation.

Which parts of the site require webspere (ie servelets/jsps)?  Which parts
are CGI?  It seemed all static to me.  Is there a non-flash option that one
can use?
