Art,
    With V3R2 of Client Access you have the ability to print to locally
attached printers by setting up a printer session on the PC.  If you're not
using Client Access, a nice program I am familiar with is NiPrint from
Network Instruments.  The pricing is like $30 per clients and it works
great.  Their website is www.networkinstruments.com.
