OK, so somebody finally fessed up, we did change something when the AS/400 was moved. Somewhere along the line they lost the 10/100 dual-speed hub the AS/400 and NT Server were plugged into, so they replaced it with a 10mbps hub, and we changed the line description on the Ethernet card to run at 10mbps. Also, since it is a new location, obviously there is new cabling in the wall, maybe a different patch cable, etc... We are going to try to delete and recreate the share for QDLS on the Netserver, and we have a new hub ordered, so we'll see if that has any effect on this.
