Tony, Check with Renex. They had some really nice stuff in this area when I last looked at them... Also, checkout Hog on Demand...sometimes called "Host on Demand"...it used to have a big and slow footprint on the desktop (ergo Hog) but I understand that they've been working on improving the performace aspects...
