I am not an expert at this stuff. I looked in the Feb 1999 Systems Handbook GA19-5486-18 in the 170 section. You probably have a #2809 PCI Base MFIOP with a #9728 Base PCI Disk Unit Controller. The description of the #9728 on pages 211 and 212 say that it can handle up to 5 disks with no cache and no RAID. It goes on to say that it will control #6824 (18 gigabyte) and #6813 (8 gigabyte) drives. It does not list any other 18 or 8 gigabyte drives, although it does mention smaller drives... If you have RAID, the disk controller is either #2726, #2740, or #2741. I couldn't find anything that listed a #675A IOP. Let us know what the outcome is.
