Mike,

You have two problems. What did IBM do to you, and how to fix it. I have
the following suggestions:

1.) You have to call IBM, an d figure out what happened to your records.
2). You need to play a strategy to get back to 2924 as a primary language.
The Software Installation guide describes how to do this, although I have
never done it.

Anyone,

We just installed V4R5 on our development 170. I don't know what the
primary language was but I am guessing 2924. Well, after the upgrade we now
have 2938 installed as the primary and 2924 as the secondary. We are unsure
how IBM or why IBM shipped us DB enabled english, but we now have it on our
machine. The problem is, all of the menus are uppercase not lower.. I
changed the QLANGID system value from ENP to ENU. I don't know if that will
do anything, I haven't IPLd.

Any ideas? Is there anyway to go back to plain ole 2924??? Without
restoring our backup that is.
