Nope.... Adm. Grace Hopper was "one" of the original group that came up with a standard version of COBOL for the government. RPG as we know it ran on the early 360/20 and I suppose on even early machines. This was RPG(no versions) and worked with card compilers which produced card object programs. The first "version" was RPGII for the S/3 and of course you know what happened after that.
