V4.5 Error Message -- MIDRANGE-L

        We recently upgraded from 4.3 to 4.5.  We have gotten an error
message a couple of times and don't know what it means.

Message :  CEE9901 recieved by prodedure Q1PCM31.  (C D I R)

Cause:   (abbreviated)

        ILE CL proc Q1PCM31 in mod Q1PCM31 in prog Q1PCM31 in lib
QMPGLIB detected an error  at stmtnt 0000000181.  .............................
Ownership of object QMPGLIN in QMPGLIB type *FILE changed. 


I have been told by an 'expert'  "ignore it, it's part of performance
monitor".  

Do I have a problem?
How do I make the thing quit throwing that message ?
Can I kill the job permanently?  If so, how?
