Simply copy all the relevant key files & ensure they are in the correct path. Done successfully between 3.7 & 4.5 and 4.4 & 4.5

We've recently upgraded to a new box, going from v4r3 to v4r5. We need to move our SSL key from the old box to the new one. Anyone know how to do that?
