I will admit at the outset that I have an interest here - I work for The Original Software Company who have developed the Market Leader in AS/400 software testing tools - TestBench400. We have instigated various surveys in the past and each time the results show that insufficient time is spent testing software - either due to lack of time (Project requirements increasing but deadlines not matching these changes, or insufficient resources for testing, or workload too heavy, or we don't like testing!) I won't go into a sales spiel here, but for a range of AS/400 based testing and prototyping solutions, or even simple data extraction tools, please contact me off-list.
