Texas Instruments 8920 printer on AS/400 -- MIDRANGE-L

Our Texas Instruments 8920 printer has just recently started giving us 
problems.  Does anyone else have one printing off an AS/400?  If so, do you 
have a few moments to answer some questions please?  If you have one you 
don't use, would you be willing to sell it cheap.  We can't figure out if 
it's the printer itself having issues or if it just doesn't like the AS/400, 
nor can we find support or parts for this monster of a printer.  If this 
fails, I'm afraid it's about to become target practice material.
