Remote Writer Help

Hello list,

We have remote users that pass through to our corporate box to access
info. Our district managers need to be able to print from the corp box
to whatever remote site they are at.
I tried to set up a remote writer using RMTSYS(*pasthr) and
RMTPRTQ(*system) but I could only get this to work if the print process
was interactive.  The way the app is setup the printout is created by a
batch job and I would like to keep it that way.  Is there another way I
can get the printout to the remote site?  District managers can access
the corp box from 670 different locations so I don't know where they are
passing through from.  I thought about maybe setting a remote writer in
the print process if I could figure out where the a passing through
from.  Any help is appreciated.  TIA.
