Well - that's what you get for using an unreliable MS Windows PC as 
console for the most reliable business computer you can buy !  ;-)

I always order twinax consoles - you can run most of what you need with 
OpsNav from any attached PC - just don;t make it the console (assuming you 
don't much care about the EZ Setup WIzard for a new 400, or the remote 
control panel access features).

I have a problem with Operations Console that I couldn't find an answer to
in the archives.

It works great if I start the PC and then IPL the AS/400. However, if I 
have
to reboot the PC the console won't reconnect. The remote control panel 
comes
up fine, but the console doesn't. I just get the message 'Connecting
console.

I have removed all other devices from CTL01. The device stays at vary on
pending.

In order for this to be reliable I need to know I can restart the PC if I
have to.
