Check the patch from the wall to the computer room. I have had the same
problem and it turned out that the wall jack was not properly terminated.
Your cabling company can test it.

We are a small business with about 20 users running Client Access V3R2M0.
All are running fine except for one that constantly drops 1 or both
sessions. The session will drop whether it is being used or not. We have
run three different Cat5 cables and tried 3 different PC's (different
manufacturers and models). Nothing seems to make any difference. Has
anyone had a similar experience? Any ideas or suggestions would be greatly
appreciated.
