I fugured this out I used Client Access ODBC Driver to connect to AS/400 DB2 and AS 400 DB2 Driver to DB26.1 on W98.There is a an article about serving AS/400 data from IIS from July 1999 edition article 3071 from as400network.

Thought could be useful to someone who intends to run IIS .
