v4r5 and compiling back to v3r2

I have (finally) received v4r5.  My machine is currently running v4r4.  I
compile lots of things back to v3r2.  Does v4r5 allow compiling back to
v3r2?  It's unclear from the docs - my guess is that not much has changed in
this area.  Can someone confirm that RPG, Cobol and CL can go back to v3r2?
