WHY did they say you had to upgrade to 4.4?  the only thing that hits me
immediately is that 4.2 may not be supported anymore...

The Disk Balancing routines with 4.4 I think are alot better than they
were with 4.2...but 4.2 was somewhere back in the Babylonian Empire as far
as memory serves righ tnow....:)
