Objects with missing source -- MIDRANGE-L

Analyze User Objects (ANZUSROBJ) provides that as part of its function.
It actually analyzes more than just *PGMs and reports more than just
missing source (like source that has probably changed since the object
was created), but may be a starting place for you.
