Given that a FAQ can cover a *lot*, what you may want to do is divide the FAQ into sections that can be accessed separately; ie: Part I: Overview (might include 'what is an AS/400' for the newbies, a review of it's strong points, and how to 'sell' it to management when justification is needed) Part II: Hardware Part III: Security Part IV: Backup and recovery Part V: Client Access Part VI: Education Part VII: Internet and Email etc. Sorting the bits and pieces into separate documents will make the individual parts less daunting and more managable. It would also be easier to find owners for specific sections of the FAQ (and find new owners when necessary). One of the mailing lists I'm on has a large FAQ with (I think) 14 sections covering over 100 pages and this approach works well for them. If you want, I can send you instructions on how do download part of it so you can see how it's organized. -Ilena Ayala +--- | This is the Midrange System Mailing List! | To submit a new message, send your mail to MIDRANGE-L@midrange.com. | To subscribe to this list send email to MIDRANGE-L-SUB@midrange.com. | To unsubscribe from this list send email to MIDRANGE-L-UNSUB@midrange.com. | Questions should be directed to the list owner/operator: david@midrange.com +---
