DDM problem

Hi All!

We have 2 AS400s, and in our daily procedure we create a DDM file between 
them. Usually the program works, but from time to time we receive this:

Not able to allocate objects needed for file QCNDDMF in library QSYS
  member or program device DDMDEVICE.
Cannot establish DDM connection with remote system.
Cannot open DDM file XXXX in XXLIB
Error occurred while opening file XXXX

But I can't find the reason of the error.
Any help is more than welcome.
