Klein,

Do the following if you want to see your error messages:

CFGTCPSMTP
Select option 1
Set the internet e-mail address of the sender like this:

                               Work with Names for SMTP
Alias table type . . . . . . . . :   System

Type options, press Enter.
  1=Add   2=Change   4=Remove   5=Display   6=Print

Opt     User ID      Address                  SMTP Name

        AS400ID      AS400NAME          internet.email@address.com

Where AS400ID = your username on the as400, AS400NAME is your system name
from DSPNETA and internet.email@address.com is your internet e-mail address,
could be your e-mail address from your exchange if it is reachable from the
internet.
