Incorrect module name and library -- MIDRANGE-L

You can still use them for those - the fact that they were basically
"invented" for the purpose of subprocedures doesn't make them any less
useful in other contexts. This is how you get parm checking, pass by VALUE,
etc. etc. in _all_ of you code.
