PTFs don't go through the normal NLS translation (and in fact IBM are loath to PTF anything involving MRI). The keyword text is in upper-case because that will display correctly on all systems including DBCS systems. Lower-case characters are not always available on some systems. One would normally expect that the STMFCODPAG keyword will become part of the OS in a later release (e.g.,5.1) due to PTFs generally being absorbed into the base code -- hence the term TEMPORARY -- but since Rochester still haven't worked out that most user's want option 14 of WRKJOB/DSPJOB to display the I/O count and not the activation group id (fat lot of use that really is) then perhaps not.
