If running on an AS400, YES! Put the sbmjob command into the S36
proceedure, replacing the // JOBQ.

Subject: S/36 procedure

Anyone,

Is it possible for a s36 procedure to put a job on a
job queue other than the job queue defined in the
user's jobd?

I have this:

// JOBQ ,?62?STRTPR,?1?,?5?
// PAUSE ' >>> ?62?STRTPR IS IN QUEUE. RECORD #! '

And I need to have the job submitted to a different
queue.

If it will work, I can replace //JOBQ with a sbmjob
cl.

Thanks,

Phil
