problem on outq....

Hello friends....
                   I am having problem outq. I used to send the spool files
from the remote system to my local machine by changing the outq name.
Rightnow it is not working. I checked my all connections on both sides.
Nothing problem on that. I restared the subsystem qsnads and checked the
distribution queues. It is not working. What would be the problem. Even iam
not able to send thru' SNDNETF and SNDTCPSPLF also.

          I want to share the load on my AS400. I am having M-series V3R7M0
m/c. I want to share by using Alteon switch.
And also i want to share the load within the AS400 m/c. Whether it is
possible....!

         Help me.....
