Angie, I think your program is OK, but you shouldnt call it from a command
line unless you specify the full 50 characters (including blanks ..> call
pgm 'name@address      ')

so from RPG....

C   EVAL ADDR = 'NAME@ADDRESS.COM'
C   CALL 'WEB@100C'
C   PARM   ADDR 50

...it should work fine.
