× The internal search function is temporarily non-functional. The current search engine is no longer viable and we are researching alternatives.
As a stop gap measure, we are using Google's custom search engine service.

The company I currently work for was using ADM when I started six months
ago.  They have decided to dump it because of numerous problems (there are
to many to list).

Just remember:  IBM is not in the business of developing a change management
product.  Go with a company who's focus is CM (Vertical Sky/Implementer,
Softlanding/Turnover, etc.), you'll be much happier.

BTW, the reason my employer bought ADM was because it was cheap..........you
get what you pay for!
