You're into a place that's Really Not AS/400 Territory.  You'd think that a
business platform would be kinder to folks who want fancy print, but...
Anyway, the closest I've been able to come with "plain Jane" print is to use
AFP and different fonts.  Not pretty.  Page segments are easier to print but
harder to create if you have a large number of unique ones.
