Yikes! You're right, the whole Client Access home page has dissapeared. And
under software there is no "Client Access" but the is Ops Navigator:

And the OpsNav homepage (with lots of broken C/A links too)

Searched "PTF" and was directed to the same broken link you refer to.
I guess finding a broken link quickly rather than not having to look for an
hour to not find something can be considered an improvement?
