Try allocating exactly 10 spaces for each library name.
Example:
'12345678901234567890'
'TLTLIB       IMPOBJLIB NEXTLIB'
In order words, make sure there are 4 spaces after TLTLIB, 1 after
IMPOBJLIB, etc.
