Same as using the Intermediate view of WRKUSRPRF, option 4, F4, and 
changing to OWNOBJOPT(*DLT).

If when deleting users you view the WRKUSRPRF *ALL in basic assistance
mode(f-21) and do the delete from that view, it will also remove the user
from OV at the same time.
I hate to admit it but sometimes *basic makes sence to use.

Got it!  The user profile was associated with an Office user with a
different name.  Once I deleted the Office user that was associated, I
could delete the user profile.

Thanks for pointing me to the QAOFENRB file.  That's where I found it.
