Someone has used a SNDPGMMSG with the MSG parameter specified instead of
MSGID/MSGDTA (lazy programming). Unfortunately I know of no way of
suppressing such messages, except using some sort of monitor on the QSYSOPR
message queue to get rid of them after they have 'landed'.

Subject: Stop informational messages on a job

I created a job that monitors an outq for a spool file. If it appears it
processes it. ( I had to create my own monitor in ezprint because it does
not support Sets on the automerge.) However it is constantly sending
messages to qsecofr that no merge files are found. I put 0 for the
messaging on the sbmjob, but this seems to only affect the joblog, not
informational messages. If I look at the message being sent it doesn't
even
have a msgid. Does anyone know of a way to NOT create these message?
