All you need to do is right-click on Printer Output in Operations Navigator
and pick the "Create Shortcut" option. That creates an icon on your desktop.
Double-click on that icon and it takes you right to the Printer Output
display.

Is there a way for me to create an icon that will point the user right to
the BASIC OPERATIONS/PRINTER OUTPUT function?

I understand that I can probably limit them by only installing certain parts
of Ops nav, but I want it to go right to the above section in the tree view.
