This looks like someone has specified something other than *JOB for the
SPLFOWN (spooled file owner) parameter on OVRPRTF or CHGPRTF for the
printer file used by WRKOUTQ. This parameter can be used to cause the owner
of the spooled file to be a different user profile than the one in the job
name. When this is used the spooled file is placed in a QPRTJOB job for the
spooled file owner.
