You can save a lot of time if you get a ActiveX Object for this DataQ
project. Look around, you should be able to find one. The DLLs are
available, but the parameter passing is complicated. If you can get OCX
support for the DataQs, you will have an easier development project.

Though I hardly know whait is a PC, I'm trying to create a simple example
on
a PC to communicate with a *DTAQ on AS/400 (and a complex program to
recieve
and handle it).

Win NT Workstation 4.0

Found the example Vballobj on a Client Access Express ibm-page. Apart from
beeing .vbp - files (would have prefered .vbs) I also need cwbx.dll

Is cwbx.dll a part of ca EXPRESS only. I can't find it on our CA/400
installation
