Phil,

I don't think NAI has relaxed the licensing requirements, but they are
willing to license to more platforms than they did in the past.

I'm not sure about the performance of PGP on the AS/400. My experience with
the non-commercial port we did shows that it was a little slower than the PC
version because of the atrocious performance of the IFS file system. But 64
bit processing power does a lot for you!
