We use AT&T frame relay to connect 13 branches.  The only problem we've
ever had (other than LEC problems or some idiot digging up a cable) was
a few years ago when AT&T had a world-wide outage (allegedly someone who
has presumably been fired misconfigured a router that propogated bad
information across the network.)

In other words, we've been extremely satisfied.
