This is a continuation of a previous message just sent to the List about ODBC, but since it is a different problem I though better to split it in a different message: Our AS/400 is POP server for our mail, and have *POP and *SMTP servers up and running. Also, we start MSF (mail infrastructure) with the default 3 jobs. Our internal mail works, but I find everyday that one ot the MSF jobs seems to abort with messages - TCP5105 error 3025: abnormal link to /QTCPTMM/MAIL/<user>/JW590340.NOT in the IFS (#3025 means ENOENT File/Library does not exist (???) ) - CPFAF98: QMFS job xxxxxx/QMSF/QMSF stopped processing of MSF file: ExitPoint program QTMMLCLD (from Lib QTCP) for ExitPoint QIBM_QZMFMSF_LCL_DEL detected an error condition ... (we have NO ExitPrograms of our own... and are not aware of any such ExitPoint program from IBM... and everybody is allowed to his mail in the system...) The message suggest to ENDMSF then restart STRMSF, which produces same results, but happily enough, since MSF starts 3 jobs, and one of them fails with that code, but the rest stay up, mail works fine for the rest of the day... Any ideas as to how to get rid of this message that comes up everyday?
