I have never tinkered with spooled files to stream files, but here's a quick
program that should generate all the characters in your CCSID except x'00':

h/copy qrpglesrc,stdhspec
h bnddir('QC2LE')
 * dbgview(*list)

fQSysPrt   O    F  132        Printer OflInd(*InOF)

d prtHex          s              2

d                 ds
d  dsNum                  1      2i 0
d  dsChar                 2      2

d H2C             pr                  extProc('cvthc')
d                                 *   value
