Hi Antonio,

2nd question first.

Start your WINS admin tool and double click on the server you want to add 
the entry to.

Then go Mappings | Static Mappings. Click Add Mappings and add the entry 
to you NetServer.

I am not to sure of the error message, but you mentioned duplicate name. 
The NetServer name isn't the same as you AS/400 name is it?
