AS/400 9404 Model E10

Hello Folks -

I recently purchased an AS/400 9404 Model E10 from my employer for a mere
$45 (although I was told that even that was too much!).  However, I can't
seem to get the thing to boot up.  Does it need some sort of boot disk?  The
OS should be loaded already, as it was running fine until the day they
turned it off and shipped it out the door, but other that, I have no idea
what software is loaded on it, if any.  As far as I know, the terminal and
keyboard are all hooked up correctly, and the power works.

I have a feeling I need to run one of the functions you can enter on the
front of the box to get it going, but I don't know which one.  I know I
sound like a complete moron here, but I am usually on the development side
of the fence, and have no hardware operations experience with the 400.

Any advice would be appreciated.
