I can see the 400 ... but nothing inside the 400.
 
Ok, just got off the phone with IBM support ... turns out some programs got removed from the registry for some reason.  CWBBS.exe and CWBNTRED.exe.
 
When I ran them manually, it worked fine.

Can you see it if you do a "Search for computers"?  I've had problems were I could not see the 400 unless I already had a drive mapped.
