Janell,
I'm using Facsimile/400, from IBM.  It gets some criticism, but so does
everything else.  Works fine for me.  My (current) client sends a few
thousand faxes a week.  They don't use it to receive, which is good, cause
all 8 phone lines are in use at least part of each day.

I kinda like to stay close to the box, and IBM is the closest.  I like to be
able to get PTF's which are almost always good and work with all products.
IBM products (I'd guess) are the first to utilize new functionality in each
release.  I've never had a problem with Supportline, etc, etc.

Just my opinion.
