Karen Herbelin - Readers Digest 3/2000 -----Original Message----- From: Art Tostaine, Jr. [mailto:art@link400.com] Sent: Friday, January 05, 2001 1:14 PM To: MIDRANGE-L@midrange.com Subject: FTP and RS6000 I have a customer who's partner needs to FTP our AS/400 at V4R2 a file many times a day. When he starts his FTP session, he is using NAMEFMT 0. He needs to be using 1. His automatic software on the RS/6000 has no way of inserting commands before his CD and his PUT command. Is there a way that I can default his AS/400 profile to the right directory? I tried using the HOMEDIR parm on the CHGUSRPRF command, but that does not work. Thanks. Art Tostaine, Jr. CCA, Inc.
