The OV/400 end

I would like to hear exactly happens with OV/400. I understand
that support ends, but does this also mean that it WILL NOT
run on V4R5 or is it like many other older products that are
no longer sold but still run just fine. I have seen and heard 
many comments on OV/400 but just because support ends, it 
hardly means it will not work.

I don't recall BGU or several other products having any support
for several years, but they continue to run on V4R4 just fine.

What's the real answer ??? (Lotus anything sure isn't)
