It appears that the message text for CPF0B3F is wrong.  The text should
be something along the lines of "Invalid search request" where the
search request must be a value of 1 or 2.

It also appears that you might be passing in character values for
Handle, Search request, Offset, Number, and Keys rather than binary
values.  Handle should be x'00's rather than character 0 (x'F0') and
the other fields should be binary (%bin).
