anyone using jato??

we have our dsl line thru jato, and we heard last week that they'd gone
out of business..  jato has informed no one of this.  but the rumor we
heard was that some day service will be cancelled without warning.
  
today our customer in salt lake city was cut off without notice.  they
were also a jato user, and it will take them 2 weeks or more to get a
replacement.  

so if anyone is using jato, this is your heads up!
