  • Subject: NT server backup to a #3590

Hi everyone,

Firstly, thanks for your recent advice with regards to my data migration and
second ASP setup, all went very smoothly.

I am concidering backing up some of our NT servers over the network to a
#3590 and was wondering what exactly is involved, and is it a good idea ?
We have a 720 running V4R3 with attached #3590.
What I am thinking of is, getting another #3590 and running the NT stuff to
that while using our other #3590 for the AS/400's. Does this sound right ?
Will I also need to get an INS and set it up attached to our 400 with the
second #3590 to run the NT backups through ?
If someon could clarify what is required here or pass on any personal
experience with this kind of setup I would greatly appriciate it.

Thanks again

Neil
