RE: SRC Error on IPL

We've encountered problems with the latest CUMs as well.  If you can still 
get in from the A side, check for the following PTFs in 5769999:
MF25314
MF24944
MF24692

If you have those loaded but not MF25139, try to get MF25139.  This was the 
fix we had to use.
