6510 LAN Adapter in 9404 F10? -- MIDRANGE-L

Does anyone know if it's possible to put a 6510 LAN Adapter in a 9404
F10?   I really need to connect this box to my LAN and have an unused
card.  It's currently in our production machine, so I don't want to pull
it unless there's a good chance it will work.  WRKHDWRSC looks like
this:

      CC02            6506  Operational           File Server IOP
        LIN04         6510  Operational           LAN Adapter
          CMN05       6510  Operational           LAN Port


If it will work, any guess on an approximate dollar value of the card?
